The State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia, Zoran Popov received today the copies of credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of North Macedonia, Dragan Jakimovik.



Mutual satisfaction was voiced at the meeting with the level of bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries, both regionally and multilaterally.

State Secretary Zoran Popov stressed the interest and readiness of North Macedonia to enhance and deepen the bilateral cooperation with Bosnia and Herzegovina in all areas of mutual interest, with special emphasis on boosting the economic cooperation. In this context, he wished the Ambassador success in his post and voiced expectation that the excellent communication and cooperation will continue throughout his term in North Macedonia.

The interlocutors also exchanged views on the current developments in the region and the opportunities for advancing the regional cooperation in terms of the European and Euro-Atlantic perspective of the countries in the region.
