On 10 and 11 October 2015 the 31st Ministerial Conference of the International Organisation of La Francophonie was held in Yerevan under the chairmanship of the Foreign Minister of Senegal, Mankeur Ndiaye.

 

The Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia became member of the International Forum on Diplomatic Training - IFDT.

 

On September 25th, the Liaison Office of the Republic of Macedonia in Athens hosted a reception in honor of the twentieth anniversary of diplomatic relations with Greece.

 

On 15 September 2015, the National holiday of the Republic of Macedonia, 8 September, Independence Day was celebrated in the premises of Hotel Bristol in Vienna.

 

During the 59th session of the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Permanent Representative of the Republic Macedonia to OSCE, UN and other international organizations in Vienna, Ambassador Kire Ilioski was appointed vice-chairperson of the Committee of the Whole.

On September 9th, 2015 a reception was held on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Macedonia, which was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia in Brussels, in cooperation with the Permanent Missions of the Republic of Macedonia to EU and NATO. The reception was held in the castle of Sainte Anne. The reception was attended by over 250 guests, including the Minister without portfolio from the Government of the Republic of Macedonia Visar Fida, the diplomatic corps in Belgium, EU and NATO, the political and business community of Belgium, the diaspora and friends of the three missions in Brussels.

On September 15, 2015, marking the occasion of 24 anniversary of the proclamation of independence of the Republic of Macedonia from September 8th, a cocktail party was organized at the residence of Ambassador Psaltirov in Astana.

 

In the period from 14 to 17 September 2015, Mrs. Dragana Kiprijanovska, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia, took part in the conference for “Regional cooperation in the Western Balkans" held in Budva and organized by the Aspen Institute from Germany.

 

The Macedonian Embassy in New Delhi, India organised an official reception on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Macedonia – 8th September. A special guest at the reception was the Minister of State for Tourism and Culture of India, Dr. Manesh Sharma.

 

On 14 September, the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia in Zagreb organised a reception on the occasion of the national holiday September 8th – Independence Day.
