Today on the occasion of opening of the Hungarian National Trade House in Skopje Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikola Poposki addressed the present.

 

Today MFA of Republic of Macedonia, Nikola Poposki hosted farewell meeting for Gudrun Elisabeth Steinacker Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of German Federal Republic to Republic of Macedonia.

 

Today Deputy MFA of Republic of Macedonia Dragana Kiprijanovska met the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Peter Siyarto. Mr. Siyarto is visiting Republic of Macedonia due to the official opening of the Hungarian National Trade House in Skopje.

 

Today Foreign Minister of Republic of Macedonia, Nikola Poposki, sent letters of honest and deep condolences to his colleagues from the countries of the victims involved in the crash of Malaysia Airlines plane that occurred on 17th July 2014.

 

Due to the deteriorated security condition, rocket attacks from Gaza Strip towards parts of Israel and the on-going mission of the Israeli army, the citizens of Macedonia are advised against travelling to the areas nearing 50 km from the Gaza Strip.

 

On 16 July, an International donors' conference to deal with the consequences of the catastrophic floods in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia was held in Brussels and was attended by the Ambassador Andrej Lepavcov.

 

Today in Sofia 6th meeting of the working groups of Foreign Ministries of Republic of Macedonia and Republic of Bulgaria took place. The meeting was regarding the consultations on the Agreement of Friendship, Good-Neighbourly Relations and Cooperation.

   I feel extremely saddened and troubled to hear about the dreadful accident and loss of at least twenty people that occurred this morning in the Moscow Metro. I kindly ask you to accept my sincere condolences for the lost lives. I am convinced that the competent authorities will undertake the measures necessary to repair the damage and consequences.

Yesterday and Today Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki accompanied by President Ivanov was in Republic of Croatia for the meeting of the leaders in the Brdo-Brioni Process, as well as Summit 100 together with business leaders and renowned entrepreneurs and businessmen from South-Eastern Europe.

 

Today in Skopje Foreign Minister of Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Nikola Poposki hosted Mrs. Victoria Nuland, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at the United States Department of State. The visit was within the frames of her visit to the SEE region.
